The Bellamy Homes warranty program starts during the building process with craftsmanship and attention to quality. At delivery, your new home will be in top condition, however, our service program extends beyond closing and includes regular visits as part of our ongoing quality assurance program.
Bellamy Homes On-Call Service © ensures that you never have to worry about not being able to get a hold of someone to get your questions answered or any issues resolved. We have a local representative available for our customers 24 hours a day.
Bellamy Homes has partnered with a third party company to offer our customers the piece of mind associated with a great warranty program. With today’s market conditions, many customers are concerned that the company who they bought their home from may not be in business ten years from now to service their warranty. To help alleviate these customer concerns and as an insurance policy for our customers, we hired an outside agency to stand behind us and our warranty. At completion of your home, you will receive a certificate and booklet from Bellamy Homes and our partner company as proof of your warranty.
An overview of the warranty program is as follows:
1 Year Workmanship.*
Covers ALL the components of your home for workmanship defects with the exception of homeowner maintenance items: landscaping, caulking, painting and drywall.
1 Year Drywall Service*
Any one time during the first year of ownership of your home we will schedule drywall repair for any cracks or nail protrusions or other defects.
2 Year Systems*
Includes all the systems of your home, including mechanical (HVAC), electrical, and plumbing.
10 Year Structural*
Includes all structural components of the home.
